Noted Artists of Bengaluru to pay tribute to Shri Rumale Chennabasaviah on his 114th birth anniversary

Noted artists of Bengaluru will pay tributes to Shri Rumale Chennabasaviah through Art Park. Bengalurians can observe these artists sketch, interact with them and buy their works at a nominal price. They can also view the permanent collection of the works of Rumale Chennabasaviah at Rumale Art House. All are welcome.

Varna Mythri, A Retrospective Exhibition of Rumale Chennabasaviah, Painter-laureate of Karnataka

NGMA, Mumbai, Ministry of Culture, Government of India held the retrospective exhibition of the paintings of Shri Rumale Chennabasaviah. This exhibition, which was held in Mumbai for the first time, was well received and nearly 10,000 art lovers visited the exhibition. Dr. Pheroza Godrej was the chief guest and Ranjit Hoskote was the guest of honor. The exhibition was co-curated by Shruti Das from NGMA, Mumbai and Srinivas Murthy from Rumale Art House.
